Processing of Research Permit

The research permit was noted by Ma'am Freda and Sir Dennis. Then we were able to let it be signed by the CID chief. Although we weren't able to process an activity proposal 10 days before our planned implementation date, instead we decided to move the implementation date since the confirmation of participation from the participants also needed some time too.
